CNN Digital wanted to share interactive content with the Apple News audience, but the coding languages were not compatible. As lead designer, liaison to pitching editor and production manager, I worked with developers to reimagine HTML as JSON document files.
I condensed content under the direction of international editorial teams, redesigned mobile behaviors to work with Apple News component styles and collaborated with developers to Design QA.
Resources were limited and timing was everything, but I enjoyed this challenge as it nurtured critical communication skills with global teams.
